We are committed to building more affordable homes in our communities. In addition to the 70 social rent homes we are building at Stonedale, and the 50 affordable rent homes at Bluebrook House, we are delighted to enter into contract on a further 14 units at Carr Lane East, Croxteth and Stalisfield Avenue, Norris Green. These new homes will be available for social rent.
Carr Lane East
The Croxteth development will provide four two-bedroom houses, and one-and two-bedroom apartments.
Stalisfield Avenue
The Norris Green development will offer eight two-bedroom apartments across a two-storey block.
The £3.2 million project has received £1.5 million of funding from Homes England, helping us to deliver these much-needed new homes.
Construction is expected to start in September 2026, with the new homes due to be completed by December 2027.
This investment is another important step in our commitment to building affordable homes and creating opportunities for people to stay within their communities.
