Over the last few years, we’ve made significant changes to the way repairs are delivered at Cobalt.
As part of our continued investment in Cobalt Housing Property Services, we’ve now brought our empty homes service in-house.
This means that Cobalt Housing Property Services will carry out work in empty homes before a new customer moves in, to ensure the home is safe, well-maintained and ready for its next tenancy.
Our new team will maintain the high standards our customers expect when moving into a Cobalt home and expertise will help us build on the progress we’ve already made, continuing to deliver quality homes and excellent services for our customers.
Looking ahead
Bringing the empty homes service in-house is another important milestone in the growth of Cobalt Housing Property Services.
Most importantly, it supports our goal of delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service, helping ensure customers can move into homes that are ready for a positive start in their new community.
