Customers moving into our newly built homes have shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, with 96% saying they would recommend Cobalt to family and friends.
We recently spoke to customers about their experience, from accepting the offer of a home through to moving in and getting settled.
A total of 83 customers took part in our survey, representing a response rate of 69% and giving us valuable insight into the support and service they received.
The results showed that:
- 87% rated their overall experience as Good or Outstanding
- 93% rated the handover of their home positively
- 90% found it Easy or Very Easy to settle into their new home
- 96% would recommend Cobalt to family and friends
- 99% knew who to contact if they needed support or had a question
Moving home can be an exciting but sometimes stressful experience, so we’re pleased that customers felt supported and knew where to turn if they needed help.

The results reflect the work of teams across Cobalt, from planning and building our new homes to supporting customers with their move and providing ongoing help afterwards.
Customers also shared helpful suggestions about how we could improve the process further. We’ll use this feedback as we welcome more customers into our new developments and will repeat the survey to make sure we continue learning from their experiences.
