Congratulations to Lori, a Cobalt customer who has started a new role with our retrofit partner, Ecogee, as a Trainee Tenant Liaison Officer.
Ecogee delivers energy efficiency improvements that help create warmer, greener and more sustainable homes. Through insulation, heating upgrades and renewable energy installations, they are improving the comfort and energy efficiency of our customers’ homes.
As a Cobalt customer, Lori understands how important it is to feel informed and supported when work is taking place in your home. Now, she’ll be helping other customers as they receive improvement works, ensuring they know what to expect and who to speak to if they have any questions.
Speaking about her new role, Lori said: “I’m really excited to join the team and I’m looking forward to developing my skills, learning more about the role and getting to know both the team and the tenants I’ll be working with.
“I enjoy meeting new people and learning from others because everyone has different experiences, knowledge and perspectives to share.”
Lori’s appointment highlights the wider benefits of our partnership with Ecogee. Alongside improving homes, the partnership is creating employment, training and development opportunities for local people.
