We are looking for a Director of Development and Growth and a Director of Transformation and ICT to join our executive management team.
It’s a really great time to be joining Cobalt Housing as we approach our 20th Birthday next year, and we’ll be using this year to craft and launch a new corporate plan that sets out a new customer offer which ensures we respond to the needs and aspirations of our tenants, residents and communities, and that we invest our resources wisely.
Our Director of Development and Growth will be central to our ambition to develop over 1000 new homes in the next 5-10 years as part of our substantial investment in our neighbourhoods in Liverpool.
Our Director of Transformation and ICT will have responsibility for the development and implementation of the transformation and change programme, overseeing and leading the delivery of objectives across the organisation.
You’ll be joining a team of talented and committed colleagues at an exciting time in our journey, and both roles will be key members of the senior team working collectively to achieve our overall mission.
