“It is with a heavy heart that we witness the distress and unrest affecting communities in Merseyside and across the UK over recent days.

“Cobalt takes a zero-tolerance approach to hate crime, and we will stand alongside our partners, including Liverpool City Council and Merseyside Police, to ensure our communities remain safe and inclusive places to live.

“While the unrest has not impacted our areas directly, we understand that this could be a worrying time for some of our customers. We will take action to deal with antisocial behaviour (ASB) and listen to your concerns, so that people feel safe.

“If you are worried about your safety please call the police immediately on 999. To report any issues with ASB in your area you can contact us on 0330 303 2222 or email [email protected]

“Let’s support each other through these challenging times, and show that hate won’t win.”
