After nine years of dedicated service, Kieran Timmins has stepped down as Chair of our Board. Kieran has helped guide Cobalt through some big changes over the years, from improving key services like repairs, to supporting the building of new homes and strengthening the support we offer to our communities.
Kieran said:
“It has been an honour to serve as Chair of an organisation that believes in people and puts their communities at the centre of everything it does. I leave knowing that Cobalt retains a clear vision and a deep sense of purpose backed up with a strong financial and strategic position. I’m absolutely delighted to hand over to a fabulous new Chair in Pam Smith.”
We’re incredibly grateful to Kieran for everything he’s done for Cobalt and for the communities we serve.
At the same time, we’re really pleased to welcome Pam Smith as our new Chair. Pam has been part of our Board for four years and knows Cobalt – and our communities – very well. She’s passionate about social housing and making a real difference.
Pam said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been appointed as Chair of Cobalt. Having served on the board for four years, I am looking forward to continuing on the path that we have set, working with the team to explore new opportunities which will enhance the lives of our customers and ensure that our communities are a great place to live and work.”
As we look to the future, our focus stays the same – delivering safe, secure homes and supporting our communities to thrive. With Pam’s leadership and a strong team in place, we’re confident we’ll continue to grow and improve the services that matter most to you.
