We have unfortunately been made aware of a cold caller targeting vulnerable residents in our neighbourhoods.
The man has been known to drive an estate agent van and has been knocking on doors claiming that Cobalt has sent him to inspect the property. He typically spends half an hour looking around and then leaves.

Never be afraid to turn people away – you can always say no and shut the door on someone. You can also call Merseyside Police on 101 to report suspicious behaviour or 999 in an emergency.
