We have unfortunately been made aware that a man driving a white ‘garden care’ van with a tree on the side has been knocking on doors in our neighbourhoods claiming to be a third party company sent on behalf of Cobalt. The man is known to try and charge for garden services.
Please note that all Cobalt garden works are delivered by our in-house team, Cobalt Plus. Operatives will carry ID at all times, drive a Cobalt Plus branded van and wear Cobalt uniform.
If you are ever unsure if someone is a Cobalt representative, please give us a call on 0330 303 2222 and a member of our team will be able to look into this for you. Never be afraid to turn people away – you can always say no and shut the door on someone.
