We take condensation, damp and mould in our homes extremely seriously.
Today sees us launch a new damp and mould survey, which will be going out to 600 homes across all our neighbourhoods, and will be sent by a text message or email.
The survey is not mandatory for tenants to complete, but we’d urge all tenants with any damp or mould concerns to fill in the survey and upload relevant photos.
