We were recently contacted by The Cells Project, who run crime awareness workshops for young people in communities across Merseyside.

We were delighted to hear that Cells had agreed to use their remaining funding to carry out sessions in schools across our neighbourhoods, supporting the preventative work our teams already carry out in our Cobalt community.

We recently joined Cells at a workshop for year 6 pupils at St Teresa of Lisieux Catholic Primary School, where the pupils learnt about county lines, gangs, knife crime and the associated consequences through presentations and interactive workshops.

We’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Cells for delivering these sessions in our communities, and for continuing to educate children and young people about the consequences of crime.
