We recently held a community impact day for all Sparrow Hall residents at St Georges Hub, bringing existing services to the community so residents can understand more about activities, groups and support available in their neighbourhood.
Over 100 tenants and residents attended, who were all able to engage with numerous service partners, including Fazakerley & Croxteth Children’s Centre, Energy Plus Project, Partners Credit Union, Liverpool in Work, Local Solutions, Bully Busters, Fazakerley Wombles, Foster Care Liverpool, Dream High Business Start Up, Merseyside Police, Children’s Vaccinations via NHS and more.
The feedback from our partners who attended was extremely positive with lots of residents receiving advice and signing up to services.
We also saw some great feedback from residents, who were extremely positive that we had organised the free event on their doorstep, full of activies – visitors enjoyed face painting, balloon modelling, yoga and mindfulness activities.
