Boiler replacements

Modern boilers ensure that hot water and heating are provided quickly and distributed efficiently throughout your home. They are more environmentally friendly than older models. Each boiler will be chosen based on the size of your home.

We will need access to the room where the boiler is located. Your heating system will be turned off and drained, the new boiler fitted, and the heating system restarted and tested. We will show you how your new boiler works and how to use it once it has been fitted.

Disruption

Although these works are relatively simple, the contractor will have to turn off your hot water and heating and access the room where the boiler is located. Please let us know if you need temporary heating while these works are being carried out and we will arrange this for you.

Time

It takes around two days to replace a boiler in a standard family home.

Radiator replacements

Modern radiators ensure that heat is distributed quickly and efficiently throughout your home. Each new radiator will be chosen based on the size and type of room and will be fitted with a valve that allows you to control the temperature of the radiator. We will need access to every room with a radiator. Your heating system will be turned off and drained, the new radiators fitted, and the heating system restarted and tested.

Disruption

Although these works are relatively simple, the contractor will have to access each room where the replacement is required. Please let us know if you need temporary heating while these works are being carried out, and we will arrange this for you.

Time

It takes around two days to replace all radiators in a standard three-bedroom home.
