Before work begins, we’ll arrange for scaffolding to be safely installed around your home so our team can complete the improvements safely and effectively.
Our team will then replace key parts of your roof, including gutters, fascias, tiles and other materials such as timber, helping to protect your home and improve its condition. We’ll take care throughout the process to minimise disruption and avoid disturbing any satellite dishes, aerials or cables.
Once all work is complete, the scaffolding will be removed, and we’ll leave the area around your home tidy.
In some homes, we may need to carry out an asbestos survey before work starts. If this is required, we’ll let you know in advance and explain what to expect. If asbestos is identified, it will be safely removed before any work begins to help keep you and your home safe.
Disruption
Scaffolding will be in place around your home while the work is being carried out. We understand this may feel disruptive, but you’ll still be able to carry on with your usual day-to-day activities. We’ll keep you informed throughout and make sure the work is completed as smoothly as possible.
Time
Replacing your roof usually takes around three to five working days. Once the work is complete, we’ll arrange for the scaffolding to be removed as soon as possible, typically within five working days.
