We will place scaffolding around your home and remove and replace gutters, fascias, tiles and other materials, such as timber. We will ensure that we do not disturb any satellite dishes, aerials or cables while this work is undertaken. Once the work is complete, we will take down the scaffolding.
We may need to carry out an asbestos survey before work starts, and we will let you know if this is needed. If asbestos is found, it will be removed before work begins.
Disruption
Some disruption will be caused by scaffolding placed around your home. Although this may be inconvenient, you will be able to go about your normal business with little disruption.
Time
It will take approximately 1 day to replace your roof, and we will remove the scaffolding soon after work is complete. This is normally within 5 working days.
